Rapid Iteration
Prototypes in 3-12 weeks
Our sprint offering is designed to produce prototypes and visualizations that accelerate the Device Discovery phase of FDA development—validating assumptions before preclinical research begins.

Combined Launch and Ideation Session
Est. Timeline: 1 Week
A collaborative interdisciplinary ideation session with the entire project team. We will define goals, identify user needs and ideate solutions. The goal of this session is to leave with concept direction and all initial questions answered.
Ideation & 2D Visualization
Sketch Exploration
Est. Timeline: 2-4 Weeks
(Includes Sprint Launch)
Deliverables include 1-2 rounds of 2D industrial design sketches and a collaborative interdisciplinary brainstorm with the entire project team to identify user needs and align on concept direction. This phase could include ideating novel solutions to your design problem, developing the user experience and aesthetics for your product or visualizing workflows or use cases.
3D Prototyping
Physical Prototypes
Est. Timeline: 4-8 Weeks
(Includes Level 0 & 1)
We will refine the design in 3D CAD, taking into account space claims for mechanisms and components as well as usability and scale. Using the CAD models, we will create renderings and 3D printed physical prototypes to evaluate ergonomics and form.
Design Refinement
Photoreal Renderings + High Fidelity Prototype
Est. Timeline: 6-14 Weeks
(Includes all previous levels)
We will further refine the design based on feedback from the printed prototypes. We will create renderings to show intended color, material, and finish as well as refined form. The high fidelity prototype will be either a static “looks like” model OR a “moves like” prototype that has representative motion depending on project goals.
